If a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and if possible offer you an alternative product. However we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by our customers. Sizes and Garment Care All sizes quoted for clothing are by age. However the sizes are a guideline only as they can vary widely by brand, style and country of origin. If you have not bought a brand before we strongly recommend that you contact us and we can give you the measurements of your chosen product. Delivery Information UK Delivery Orders placed before 12.00 will be send out for next day delivery by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and need to be 'signed for'. The delivery charge for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is £4.50 for orders up to £50.00. Orders over £50.00 are delivered free of charge. This applies to all orders that will fit into a standard poly envelope up to a weight of 1.5 kg. Postage for bigger or heavier orders will be charged on a cost basis. We will contact you as soon as we have received your order and will give you a quote for the postage costs for your delivery. International Delivery We deliver worldwide! Orders placed before 12.00am UK Time (GMT) will be despatched the same day using International Signed For Delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package. Europe Within Europe, shipping is charged at £6.00 for orders up to £100.00. Orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge. This applies to all orders that will fit into a standard poly envelope up to a weight of 1.5 kg. Postage for bigger or heavier orders will be charged on a cost basis. We will contact you as soon as we have received your order and will give you a quote for the postage costs for your delivery. Worldwide Outside of Europe we charge £15.00. This charge is based on an average clothing order weighing no more than 600g when packed and the order fitting in our standard plastic mailing envelope. Orders over £150.00 are delivered free of charge provided they do not weigh more than 600g when packed and fit into our standard plastic mailing envelope. For bigger orders we have to charge additional postage and we will notify you about the additional cost before processing your order. Alternative delivery options are available on request. Import Duty and VAT For Deliveries outside of the EU Goods despatched to countries outside the European Union may have an import duty and/or taxed levied on them when they reach the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Customers must pay for all duties and/or taxes. Returns/Exchange Policy At Spruced Goose we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product (excluding sale products and swim-and underwear) you may do so by following our returns procedure: 1. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order and obtain a Return code by sending a mail to info@sprucedgoose.com 2. Please write the return code on your return envelope. Please note items without the return code cannot be accepted. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags have been removed. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale products, swimwear and underwear. Customers are returning products at their own risk and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. Unless the item is faulty customers pay all postage costs for returns. We will refund the original amount paid excluding postage costs to the same card you used to place the order.
