ReturnsReturns/Exchange Policy At Spruced Goose we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product (excluding sale products and swim-and underwear) you may do so by following our returns procedure: 1. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order and obtain a Return code by sending a mail to info@sprucedgoose.com 2. Please write the return code on your return envelope. Please note items without the return code cannot be accepted. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags have been removed. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale products, swimwear and underwear. Customers are returning products at their own risk and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. Unless the item is faulty customers pay all postage costs for returns. We will refund the original amount paid excluding postage costs to the same card you used to place the order.
